When a sufficient pressure difference exists between the inlet and outlet ports of the injector, a vacuum is created, initiating suction through the suction port, pulling your liquid or gas into the water system. Mazzei Venturi injectors for the spa are made of PVDF which offers excellent chemical resistance to oxidizing agents such as chlorine and ozone. The result… many years of low maintenance chemical injection keeping your spa water sanitized.

Ozonation for Spas

Ozone has been used for over 65 years to purify pool and spa water. It purifies water quickly and efficiently – 3,000 times faster than chlorine – leaving no by-products except pure oxygen. In contrast, chlorine leaves a chemical by-product, hypochloric acid, and additional salts in water applications. The use of ozone in spas reduces the need for high chemical doses, helps destroy bacteria, viruses, algae and yeasts and oxidizes other contaminants which reduces odor and prolongs the life of spa equipment. Mazzei offers an efficient and effective system for transferring ozone into your spa water – where it belongs.

The Mazzei ozone contacting system is comprised of a Mazzei Venturi Injector which pulls the ozone gas into the water thoroughly exposing the ozone to the water. The addition of aMazzei Flash Reactor or LGM renews the interface of the ozone with the water through aggressive mixing, and then theMazzei MTM nozzle or nozzle wall fitting re-shears the gas bubbles to once again renew the gas-liquid interface resulting in maximum dissolution of ozone in the water. The ozone not only destroys microorganisms in your spa water, it also breaks down harmful chemicals and causes total dissolved solids to clump together for easier removal by the filter. The result is clean water that is good for the spa equipment and more enjoyable for you – the water is crystal clear and feels softer to the skin.

LITERATURE ON SPA SOLUTIONS

Pool/Spa Product Sheet

MAZZEI SPA SOLUTIONS Mazzei helps to keep spas clean and clear whether ozone is the oxidizing agent used for disinfection or chlorine, Mazzei components are […]

[62
564,563,566,565
post-1294","post","type-post","status-publish","format-aside","hentry","category-ozone-products","tag-ozone-for-pool","tag-ozone-for-spa","tag-ozone-venturi-for-pool","tag-venturi-for-spa","post_format-post-format-aside
["GET
