| Dear Valued Customer, The Corona Virus (COVID-19) is continuing to change the economy and our normal ways of life.\u00a0 We wanted to let you know that Oxidation Technologies remains open for business<\/strong> and we are ready to assist you with your Ozone equipment and service needs.\u00a0 We are also here to answer your questions and offer technical support over the phone. Our day to day operation remain as normal as possible, but have changed slightly to protect our employees and customers. We have implemented measures to help ensure the health and well-being of our employees.\u00a0 For the short-term we have suspended all non-essential travel.\u00a0 Therefore, if you have service related issues, please call our office, and we will do our best to assist you over the phone. We remain committed to getting you products as soon as possible.\u00a0 We continue to receive regular shipments from our suppliers, so that we can continue to provide you with parts and equipment as soon as possible.\u00a0 Our warehouse is currently stocked with Ambient Ozone Monitors, Ozone Generators, Oxygen Concentrators, and a large variety of accessories. We have had one US vendor (EcoSensors) that has shutdown shipping until April 7th due to local restrictions, which might cause some delays on a their ambient ozone products. We have put in extra orders for similar product with other suppliers to provide alternatives due to this shutdown.\u00a0 All other suppliers and vendors report operations as normal.
