The secret of ozone dosing is having a measured flow of oxygen through a calibrated ozone generator. The Pro-5 oxygen concentrator is a very cost effective and simple way to deliver a measured flow of oxygen. Simply plug the unit in. Turn it on, and set the dial for the desired flow of oxygen. The Pro-5 will deliver pre-set oxygen flows of 0.125 liters per minute at its lowest flow setting. This oxygen flow rate through the HTU-500 ozone generator will generate ozone at a concentration of 50 grams\/m3 (50 gamma or 3.5% Wt). Eight minutes of flow will fill a 1 Liter bag with 50 gamma ozone. The second flow setting of the Pro-5 is 0.25 liters per minute which will provide an ozone concentration of nearly 40 grams\/m3.

The HTU-500 is a double quartz calibrated ozone generator. We calibrated it by carefully measuring the ozone concentration at different oxygen flow rates and each of the 10 power settings on the ozone generator.
