Rice is a common grain eaten worldwide.\u00a0 Some millers have found that ozone can increase shelf life, and even remediate damaged rice.\u00a0 This could be\u00a0 a great benefit for rice growers, consumers, and all those in-between.\u00a0 As the population of the world grows our food supply becomes more and more critical. Keeping harvested grain safe, and re mediating damaged grain is a huge step forward in the use of ozone in the food industry.<\/p>\n
