Postoperative pain, swelling, and delayed healing are some of the biggest concerns for both patients and clinicians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Traditionally, these issues are managed with painkillers and anti-inflammatory medications. While effective, these drugs can bring side effects like stomach irritation, allergic reactions, or even long-term dependency if overused.
