Broad Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We completed two service <\/a>visits to improve the ozone system. The main issue was low-quality oxygen from the concentrator, which was limiting performance, so we replaced the internal material and restored it to full operating condition. We also performed full maintenance on the air compressor and serviced key ozone system components<\/a>, all of which are now working properly. On the next visit, we will replace a short section of air hose and add a label to ensure the concentrator stays in the correct setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Application Background:<\/strong> The Monarch Blvd site is a lift station <\/a>application. Ozone is used to control odors <\/a>and to pre-treat wastewater before it reaches the main wastewater treatment<\/a> plant (WWTP). This helps reduce odor issues and allows the WWTP<\/a> to operate more efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
