Broad Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We completed two service visits<\/a> and found the ozone system shut down because the compressor was low on oil. After adding oil, the system ran normally and met performance standards. We performed full annual maintenance<\/a><\/strong> on the compressor and serviced several ozone components, fixing leaks <\/a>and improving system controls. The oxygen concentrator is working well, but there are signs of oil getting into the oxygen line, which points to a failing compressor valve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most urgent next steps are replacing the failing compressor valve and repairing a damaged oxygen filter housing, along with additional valve and fitting repairs to prevent future issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lagae Rd – Full Annual Maintenance <\/a>\u2013 Internal Summary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Service visits:<\/strong> Dec 22\u201323, 2025 and Jan 12\u201313, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Application Background<\/strong>: The Lagae site is a lift station<\/a> application. Ozone is used to control odors and to pre-treat wastewater <\/a>before it reaches the main wastewater treatment plant (WWTP)<\/a>. This helps reduce odor issues and allows the WWTP to operate more efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Condition on Arrival<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

System was not running<\/strong>. Compressor had shut down ~4 days prior, and there was no oil visible in the compressor sight glass<\/strong> on arrival. After adding ~3 quarts of oil, the system ran well and within spec<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
