PN - 00-0096, A10-xx low range hydride sensor. Replacement sensor for ATI A14/A11 or B12 Gas Detectors.
Replaces Arsine, Diborane, Germane, Hydrogen Selenide, and Phosphine sensors, standard calibration range is 0-1000 ppb for each sensor.

Replacement sensor for ATI A14/A11 or B12 Gas Detectors.
Replaces Arsine, Diborane, Germane, Hydrogen Selenide, and Phosphine sensors, 0- 1,000 ppb range. Each gas uses the same sensor, calibrate for specific gas and range.
Sensor can be installed in existing transmitter and is a simply plug in connection. Sensor must be calibrated on transmitter for proper operation. For information on calibration follow this link, or contact our office.
