We’ve updated how stock statuses are displayed on our website to provide clear and accurate information about product availability. Whether an item is in stock, expected to be restocked, or available on a lead time, you can now see this information at a glance. Our goal? To keep you well-informed and eliminate any guesswork about when you’ll receive your order.
Real-Time Updates from QuickBooks
Our website is directly linked to our QuickBooks system, meaning the stock status you see is as current as possible. No outdated information or surprises—just real-time updates so you can plan your purchases confidently.
Examples of Stock Status Messages
Here’s a breakdown of the different messages you might encounter:
- Stock with Vendor Lead Time: This message indicates that while we may not have the all the product immediately on hand, it’s available through our vendor within a specified timeframe. The green shows how many we do have in stock!
- Example: Model 384-B
- Not in Stock (Expected Restock or Available On): If an item is currently out of stock but we’re expecting a restock, you’ll see a message with an estimated restock date or availability timeframe.
- Example: FX Tubing
- No Stock Message: For products not currently available with no immediate restock planned, the message will reflect that reality, keeping you informed.
- Example: MIP
- Lead Time Message: Products available on a lead time will now have clear messaging to indicate how long it will take before they’re ready to ship.
- Example: RMU16-K6
