In industries where cleanliness and hygiene are mission-critical—such as food processing, breweries, wineries, and dairy facilities—finding a powerful and portable sanitation solution is essential. Enter the MOB Ozone Water Systems by Oxidation Technologies: a high-performance ozone sanitation system on wheels, ready to deliver effective surface sanitation anywhere it’s needed.
Whether you’re looking to boost food safety or improve operational hygiene, MOB Ozone Systems offer a reliable, easy-to-use solution designed for today’s fast-paced, sanitation-focused industries.
What Is the MOB Ozone Water System?
The MOB (Mobile Ozone Booster) system is a fully integrated, portable ozone water treatment unit. Designed for plug-and-play simplicity, just connect a water source and power supply, and you’re ready to sanitize surfaces with powerful ozonated water—no chemicals, no hassle.
Key Features That Set It Apart:
- Portable design: Built on rubber wheels with ergonomic handles for easy mobility in industrial settings
- Safe & efficient: Dissolves ozone into water effectively, with built-in ambient ozone safety sensors for operator protection
- Rugged & durable: Constructed using stainless steel piping and a stainless steel ozone-compatible pump for long-term ozone resistance
- High ozone output: Produces high concentrations of ozone from oxygen for effective disinfection
- Compact footprint: Efficient design eliminates the need for bulky water tanks, saving space and improving performance
How It Works
At the heart of the MOB system is a high-concentration ozone generator that uses corona discharge technology. Ozone is created from oxygen supplied by an integrated oxygen concentrator and pulled into the water stream through a Mazzei venturi injector. This injector uses vacuum force to blend ozone and water for optimal contact.
Water and ozone mix in a stainless steel ozone contact chamber—a compact yet highly efficient component that ensures maximum transfer of ozone into the water. Excess gas is safely vented, and the treated water is ready for use in sanitation tasks.
Flexible Operation Options
You can power the system using:
- External Compressed Air: For optimal air quality and system reliability
- Internal Oil-Free Air Compressor (Optional): A more convenient solution when external compressed air isn’t available
Note: The oxygen concentrator needs clean, dry compressed air. Ambient humidity must stay below 85%.
Common Applications
- Food processing
- Wineries
- Breweries
- Dairy facilities
- General surface sanitation
