Ozone for remediation of Rice grain

Rice is a common grain eaten worldwide.  Some millers have found that ozone can increase shelf life, and even remediate damaged rice.  This could be  a great benefit for rice growers, consumers, and all those in-between.  As the population of the world grows our food supply becomes more and more critical. Keeping harvested grain safe, and re mediating damaged grain is a huge step forward in the use of ozone in the food industry.
