TOX-40HP
The TOX-40 HP oxygen concentrator produces 40 SCFH oxygen at a pressure of up to 90 PSI. Excellent for any application where higher oxygen pressures are required such as oxygen torches, or short bursts of oxygen gas may be required at high volumes intermittently such as hyperbaric chambers.
Note: Standard power configuration is a L14-20P cord end for a 220v with neutral. This will automatically be used if not stated otherwise in the electrical power options below:

Description / TOX-40HP
The TOX-40 HP oxygen concentrator provides oxygen pressures of 90 PSI continuously at an oxygen flow of 40 SCFH with a nominal oxygen purity of > 90%.
The TOX-40 HP adds a boost compressor and oxygen storage tank, along with necessary hardware to our TOX-40 to provide high-pressure oxygen for applications where the standard 20 PSI will not suffice.
Standard Operation:
This unit will fill the 30 gallon oxygen storage with oxygen at a pressure of 100 PSI then shut-off the oxygen concentrator automatically based on a pressure switch. When oxygen is used from the tank and the oxygen pressure drops to 90 PSI, the oxygen concentrator and boost compressor will re-start and refill the tank to 100 PSI of pressure ensuring that oxygen pressure in the tank is 90 PSI or greater at all times. Oxygen pressure downstream can then be regulated to a lower pressure for use at any pressure from 1 - 90 PSI.
Operation for Intermittent Use:
The 30 gallon tank is pressurized to 90 PSI. At 90 PSI the 30 gallon tank will hold 183.6 gallons of oxygen, or 24.5 cubic feet of oxygen. If short bursts of high flow oxygen are required for an application this unit could provide up to 24.5 cubic feet of oxygen gas quickly, then re-fill the tank over the next ~1-hour. Great for smaller hyperbaric chambers and other short-term fill requirements can be met without the need for costly oxygen bottles or much larger oxygen generation systems.
Features:
-Economical - Produce oxygen on-site rather than purchase and re-fill oxygen bottles
-Reliable operation - Built-in air filtration system and air cooler to remove dust, and moisture from air prior to the oxygen concentrator increasing the long-term reliability of the oxygen concentrator
-Turnkey operation - only electrical power is required for operation
-Oxygen purity alarm - built-in oxygen purity alarm will sound an alarm and illuminate a light to indicate oxygen purity is below 80%
-Rebuildable - easy to rebuild system with all replaceable parts and components
-Automated - system is automated and will maintain oxygen pressure in the tank automatically. System will sit in stand-by but ready for operation when pressure in the tank is above 90 PSI
-Simple power requirements - power the unit with standard 120 VAC power with no special power requirements. 220 VAC, 50 Hz power also available upon request.
What is Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA)
Clean, dry compressed air is fed into the first molecular sieve bed. Nitrogen is adsorbed, while oxygen is allowed to flow through. When the sieve in the first bed becomes full of nitrogen, the airflow is then directed into the second bed. As the second bed separates the oxygen from the nitrogen, the first bed vents its nitrogen into the atmosphere. Compressed air is once again fed into the first bed, and the process is repeated continuously. A constant flow of oxygen is reliably produced.
