A Day with the Blonde: Day 2 of the IOA Show!
The day was packed with roundtable discussions and technical sessions. I’ll be honest—some of the content was a bit over my head. However, I also gained valuable insights into areas where we at Oxidation Tech can better serve our clients.
One session, in particular, highlighted a significant issue in the ozone industry: the lack of service and technical support. I couldn’t agree more! This aligns perfectly with our core philosophy at Oxidation Tech—our mission is to educate the world about ozone.
I left the session with mixed feelings. On one hand, I felt blessed to be part of a company that prioritizes service and education. On the other hand, it was disheartening to realize how many ozone systems are being sold without the necessary technical knowledge or support. I can’t speak for other companies, but I know that at Oxidation Tech, we strive to sell not just the system, but the service and expertise that go with it. If you can’t provide education and support, should you really be selling ozone?
Just some thoughts from Day 2!
We ended the evening with ROPES (Rookie Ozone Professionals, Enthusiasts and Students). The group took us to the Vegas Strip! We checked out the High Roller and In-And-Out (Culver’s is way better, it’s not even close).
We’re ready for day 3!
