We are now launching a form that you can fill out on the website for both calibration and service needs. This form has every question and answer needed to best serve you! We ask that you fill our the entirety of the form as all the questions we ask are asked for specific reasons!
Once the form is filled out, email it back to us ([email protected]), and we will reply with an RMA number. Once you have your RMA number, you can ship your equipment to us and we will start our calibration or repair process! We hope this helps both us and the customer to have all the information we need and create better means of communication.
