To illustrate our capabilities, we would like to highlight a recent ozone system we developed for a customer who was testing the use of ozone in a full-scale application. Initially, we aided this customer in determining the viability of ozone through the use of bench-scale equipment. Based on the positive data obtained, we then designed and constructed a customized ozone system capable of producing 40 g/hr of ozone.
The skid-mounted setup includes a treatment tank for the customer’s parts, as well as a comprehensive array of monitoring and data acquisition components. These components enable the collection of all the necessary data to advance this application to a larger scale in the future.
