AOS Ozone Water System: Reliable, High-Efficiency Ozone Injection for Water Treatment

The AOS Ozone Water System is an all-in-one, compact solution for generating and dissolving ozone into water at the point of use. Designed for applications that require high levels of ozone in water, the AOS system combines performance, ease of use, and robust construction to deliver ozone-enriched water at flow rates up to 30 GPM.

With integrated ozone generation, air drying, and mixing systems, the AOS is ideal for both on-demand sanitation and continuous water treatment applications.

What Does the AOS Ozone System Do?

The AOS system produces 4 to 6 grams of ozone per hour using dry air and introduces that ozone into water using an integrated Mazzei venturi injection system. Whether you’re disinfecting food contact surfaces or treating well water, this system ensures consistent and effective ozone delivery.

No moving parts other than the stainless steel water pump means less maintenance and greater reliability. Ozone is generated under vacuum, preventing leaks and increasing safety.

System Features

  • One-Touch ON/OFF Control for simple operation
  • Integrated Ambient Ozone Safety Sensor for built-in protection
  • All-CPVC Piping for high ozone resistance
  • Stainless Steel, Ozone-Compatible Water Pump
  • Dry Air Feed via VMD-8 Regenerative Air Dryer
  • Compact, All-in-One Design
  • Ozone Generated Under Vacuum – safer and more efficient operation

The system arrives fully assembled. Just connect water inlet/outlet lines and plug it in—you’re ready to produce ozone water.

How It Works

  1. Ozone is generated using a corona discharge generator (VMUS-4), fed by dry air from the VMD-8 regenerative air dryer.
  2. Ozone/air mixture is pulled into water through a Mazzei venturi injector, driven by pressure differential from the stainless steel Grundfos pump.
  3. Mixing Pipe & Contact Tank: After injection, water passes through a mixing pipe and into a contact tank where ozone thoroughly mixes with water.
  4. Counter-Current Flow: Ozone gas rises as water descends in the tank, increasing contact time and enhancing ozone dissolution.
  5. Off-Gas Handling: Excess ozone is safely vented at the top of the contact tank.

This design ensures excellent ozone transfer efficiency and minimal ozone waste.

Common Applications

  • Food Processing Sanitation
  • Bottled Water Production
