The OC-P1 compressor is a low-cost option for pumping ozone gas or providing higher pressures of ozone gas for your application.
The OC-P1 is a piston-driven compressor using a stainless steel head PTFE seals and Anodized aluminum parts.
This compressor is ideal for applications where ozone concentrations are not high, ozone gas streams are low and pressures above 30 PSI are not required.

Compressor Limitations:
This compressor is a lower-cost option than our diaphragm compressors. This compressors uses a piston rather than a diaphragm. The piston action with a PTFE sealing ring will wear and allow ozone to leak past much quicker than a diaphragm compressor. Therefore, consider the following limitations and suggestions prior to implementing in to your application.
- Limit output pressure to 30 PSI continuous to prevent leaking ozone gas from the piston
- Limit ozone concentrations to below 5% by weight if used continuously, or 10% by weight intermittent
- Dry ozone gas with a dew point of -40 deg F or lower should be used
