Description / Sample Conditioner

The Sample Conditioner is an engineered moisture-management system designed to ensure accurate and stable ozone measurements in industrial processes.

Perfect for applications where the sample gas humidity is high, or where temperature changes may cause condensation in the UV Ozone Analyzer

Even small amounts of water vapor or condensate can cause false readings, sensor drift, or complete analyzer failure.

 

Common Applications:

  • High humidity applications where moisture in the sample lines has any condensation potential
  • Off-gas applications, where ozone gas is pulled from the headspace or off-gas from ozone water systems
  • Treatment chambers/rooms with elevated temperatures, the sample gas will cool and potentially condense 
  • Treatment chambers/rooms with elevated humidity
  • Any applications where moisture may condense in the ozone gas sample line

 

The Sample Conditioner uses 316 stainless steel tubing and a stainless steel water trap, moisture drain.  All 316 stainless steel materials are used in the ozone sample gas line to eliminate ozone reactions in the sample conditioner.  This maintains consistant ozone levels and accurate readings of ozone levles by the ozone analyzer after the Sample Conditioner.

Ozone Analyzer Filter Housing:

We suggest adding a sample line filter prior to the sample conditioner to eliminate dust, and particles that may contaminate either the sample conditioner or ozone analyzer.
