UV-106-L Ozone Analyzer

The UV-106-L is a low range ozone analyzer featuring less than ppb resolution.  Ozone levels are measured at 0.1 ppb and can read ozone up to 100 ppm. 

Bench mount ozone analyzer is compact and easy to use.  The UV-106-L can be purchased in either the bench mount or NEMA enclosure. 

Integrated sample pump will pull a sample of ozone from your process or location into the analyzer and measure ozone in that gas stream.  A UV lamp and receptor are used to determine the quantity of ozone in gas by determining the rate of ozone absorption by the UV lamp.  This method of ozone detection will offer accurate detection of ozone at low levels (down to 0.1 ppb) while eliminating most cross-sensitivity from other gasses.

Features:

Carry Case:

The UV-106-L ozone analyzer can also come with this carrying case. While most ozone analyzers are difficult to transport from place to place, this carrying case makes it extremely easy to move your UV-106-L in between locations. One of it's great features is that the carrying case not only holds your UV-106-L analyzer, but it can also conveniently hold all of the additional cables and tubing. With expensive equipment like this, it is nice to not have to worry about your ozone analyzer incurring any damage when moving from spot to spot.  

 

 

Industrial Enclosure:

 

For applications where a wall mount analyzer, or rugged enclosure for harsh environments are a better fit, the NEMA enclosure can be used for the UV-106-L Ozone Analyzer.

Spare parts kit including: 1 Pump, 1 Solenoid Valve, 1 Lamp, 1 External Ozone Scrubber, 2 Internal Ozone Scrubber, 1 DewLine

 

Filters:

We highly recommend replacing the filter frequently to prevent contamination of the flow path by particulate matter. 

 

Ozone Scrubber:

The UV-106's Series have an internal scrubber that should be replaced frequently to prevent contamination of the flow path by particulate matter.
