UV-106L-NEMA

The UV-106-L Ozone Analyzer with an NEMA enclosurer, is a low range ozone analyzer featuring less than ppb resolution.The NEMA configuration is a protective case that allows for the unit to sit on a shelf or be mounted to a location. Ozone levels are measured at 0.1 ppb and can read ozone up to 100 ppm. 

Integrated sample pump will pull a sample of ozone from your process or location into the analyzer and measure ozone in that gas stream.  A UV lamp and receptor are used to determine the quantity of ozone in gas by determining the rate of ozone absorption by the UV lamp.  This method of ozone detection will offer accurate detection of ozone at low levels (down to 0.1 ppb) while eliminating most cross-sensitivity from other gasses.

Standard Enclosure:

The UV-106 comes standard in a bench mount configuration making it simple to set up for many applications.

OEM Version:

The Model UV-106 was designed as an "Ozone Analyzer on a board" in which nearly all of the components are mounted directly to the printed circuit board.  Therefore, the UV-106 can be purchased without an enclosure for OEM applications.

 

 

Filters:

We highly recommend replacing the filter frequently to prevent contamination of the flow path by particulate matter. 

 

Ozone Scrubber:

The UV-106's Series have an internal scrubber that should be replaced frequently to prevent contamination of the flow path by particulate matter.
