Series 300 Monitor (S-300) in Enclosure

The Aeroqual Series 300 Monitor with Sensor Head and in an Enclosure gives you the benefits of both a Controller and protecting the sensor from dust and water. It has relays and voltage outputs, letting you interface with control systems, equipment, or dataloggers. Like all of the Aeroqual handhelds, the Series 300 is available with a variety of sensor head options, letting you specify the gas and range that you need (see the drop-down list above). This kit comes with a single sensor head, but additional sensor heads can be purchased on our Replacement Sensors page.

How to Order:

Step-1: Choose your gas sensor from the Sensor Head drop down box.  For more information on gas sensors see our Replacement Sensors page

Step-2: Choose your options and required related products.  Note: Aeroqual sensors are extremely versatile and customizable.  Should you have questions, feel free to call or e-mail.

Step-3: Add to cart, the monitor and options necessary.  When in the cart you can continue shopping to add additional Sensors to your order. These sensors MUST be the Type-2 Sensors!

Environmental or Outdoor Enclosures:

The Environmental Enclosure will allow the Series-300 to be placed in similar environments as the R-13 sensor head adapter.  With the clear cover gas readings from the Series-300 will still be possible, along with all control and safety alarms still used.  In wet, or dusty environments this enclosure is the perfect method to implement the features of the Series-300 into your facility.  This is great for food processing applications where ozone or other gasses are used in wet and wash-down environments.

 Note: When using an enclosure the sensor is calibrated specifically for use inside that enclosure.

The S-320 is the old part number for this product, now it's the S-300 in an Enclosure.

The Series 300 Ozone Monitor is a versatile monitor with the ability to accurately measure 4 different ranges of ozone sensor as well as temperature and relative humidity, if required. It is designed for ozone monitoring and control in a variety of applications. Ozone concentrations can be displayed in either ppm or mg/m3 on the large LCD display. There are also user defined high and low alarm set points which will trigger an audible alarm when the ozone concentration exceeds the set point.

A key feature of the Series 300 is the ability to operate in control mode. Upper and lower control limits can be easily set directly on the display. Using the 0-5V output the Series 300 can be used to switch on or off an externally connected device, such as an ozone generator, or system in the presence of a predetermined level of gas.

For those wanting to recalibrate in the field the Series 300 allows adjustment of zero and span. Together with the R42 Calibration Accessory and an ozone generator or gas calibration kit this function allows the sensor head to be fully recalibrated without having to return it to the factory. Alternatively the sensor head can be returned to Gas Sensing for a factory calibration which includes a renewed calibration certificate. For more on calibrating the Series 300 click here.

Data Logging:

Data logging with the AQ-300 is possible with an external data logger, such as, the DL-3.  Using the 0-5 vdc output signal from the Series-300 the DL-3 can log and save gas measurements.  This is a great addition for your Series-300 monitor if data logging needs are a new requirement, or if portability of your data is a requirement.
