Stainless Steel pumps for ozone water applications.  The WP-2 pump is assembled by EBARA in Rock Hill, South Carolina to ensure high quality, excellent delivery times, and quality.  We use this pump on our ozone water systems and are pleased to offer this for use to our customers as an excellent option for ozone injection into water and pumping ozone water reliably.  We have worked with Ebara to select a mechanical seal and components that provide excellent reliability in applications with high dissolved ozone levels in water.

The WP-2 is a Stainless Steel End Suction Centrifugal Pump that is constructed of bulge-formed stainless steel, the WP-2 is designed for corrosion resistance, dependable performance and high-efficiency, continuous duty. All pump components in the water path are high-quality stainless steel components that are are stronger, dimensionally consistent and lighter weight compared to conventional cast iron, making EBARA centrifugal pumps competitively priced while providing excellent reliability in ozone water applications

WP-2 Pump Curve:

Pump Curve shows triangle illustrating the performance of the WP-2 pump with the Venturi-784.  This performance assumes 0 PSI at the inlet of the pump, this is representative of the WP-2 pump and Venturi-784 circulating water on a water tank.

Performance Data Based on Pressurized Systems:

Table below illustrates our test data of the WP-2 pump with various Mazzei Venturi Injectors when operated at pressures.  This data assumes the Pump is pulling water from a pressurized system, the pump inlet pressure matched the venturi outlet pressure in our testing.  A drawing below illustrates how this was plumbed, and could be plumbed in your system.
